NEVEPANN 100 CF A perfect union of milk proteins and no-hydrogenated vegetable fats for a powder base mix that provides milk based gelato with a unique velvety texture. Easy to use as it is suitable for both hot and cold process, it is ideal also for Sof Gelato and Frozen Yogurt. Its pleasant and very delicate flavour enhances the combination with Fabbri Delipaste and Marbling ranges.

Nevepann 100 CF is a GLUTEN FREE product.

MORBIFRUTTA A brand new 50 gram base mix for sorbet and fruit gelato, suitable for cold process. Its stabilisers’ cocktail gives fruit sorbet and gelato a perfect structure and avoids the loss of overrun in the display cabinet. Ideal also for Frozen Yogurt.

Morbifrutta is milk-derivatives free and GLUTEN FREE.
