Fabbri 1905 S.p.A. has obtained and maintains the environmental certifi cation UNI EN ISO 14001 following inspections by an independent external verifying body (Det Norske Veritas), thus demonstrating our commitment to respecting the environment and limiting our consumption of precious natural resources. In 1905, it was a passion for all things delicious that inspired Gennaro Fabbri to take his fi rst steps in the confectionery sector and found his company. From that moment forward, Fabbri 1905 has been constantly determined to keep our products’ quality standards high. The BRC Global Standard for Food is intended to guarantee that a brand’s products are created according to well-defi ned quality standards and meeting minimum requirements. It is one of the food safety standards recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international initiative aimed at strengthening and promoting food safety standards at every stage of the supply chain. The standard is applied to food preparation and processing companies and identifi es the specifi c elements of a management system focused on the quality and hygienic-sanitary safety of the products, and uses the HACCP system as a reference for planning and implementation. The International Food Standard (IFS) is aimed at encouraging effective selection of food suppliers in mass distribution, based on their capacity to provide safe products that conform to contractual specifi cations and legal requirements. The standard identifi es the specifi c elements of a management system focused on the quality and hygienic-sanitary safety of the products, and uses the HACCP system as a reference for planning and implementation.
