CALL FOR OFFICIALS 14TH NATIONAL SELECTION CONFERENCE OF EYP POLAND IN OPOLE
Dear EYP alumni, It is our greatest pleasure to launch the Call for Officials for Opole 2017, the 14th National Selection Conference of European Youth Parliament Poland! The session will gather 130 delegates from Poland and abroad. For Officials, the session’s dates range from the 29th of August until the 3rd of September 2017. Opole 2017 will be Head-Organised by Adelaide di Maggio. The President of the Session is Elisa Martinelli from Italy. We are now looking for 3 Vice-Presidents, 12 Chairpersons, 1-2 Editors. Officials are expected to arrive on the 29th of August by no later than 12:00 CEST. There is no participation fee for officials. Please note that the Vice-Presidents will not be chairing committees, as they will form a floating board together with the President. 6 committees will be single chaired and 3 will be led by pairs of co-chairs. If you are available and interested in attending, you should follow these steps to apply: 1. Log in to the EYP Member Platform (if you do not have access or encounter any other problems with the platform, please, get in touch with support@eyp.org ); 2. Update your personal profile on the platform. Please, make sure your full name, country, Home National Committee, session history and contact information are available and updated; 3. Apply for 14th National Selection Conference of EYP Poland in Opole on the Event’s Page on the Member Platform and fill in the questions; 4. The deadline for submitting your application on the platform is Sunday, 7th of May 23:59 CEST. The Selection Panel will consist of President of the Session, Head-Organiser and designated Member of the Board of EYP Poland. The selection will begin once the application deadline is over. All the applicants will be informed individually about the outcome of the selection process.
