all around Europe. From Helsinki, it is possible to either fly or take the train to Joensuu. Ryanair flies to Tampere, Turku and Lappeenranta from a variety of locations,

All officials are expected to arrive in Joensuu by noon on Thursday 10 January, and the session will end by 5pm on Monday 14 January. Accommodation for extra nights in either Joensuu or other locations will be provided.
