The fastest and easiest way to improve your mood is to spend a few minutes with nature, recent research has confirmed. Spending just five minutes in a green environment can bring fresh perspectives and renew your energy – in fact, the first five minutes are the most effective. Almost any patch of green will do the trick. So, consider stepping outside for a few minutes next time you take a break. You might come back a lot happier.
