KN Group - the Irish telecoms network services provider has recently merged with French firm Circet with the official announcement by both parties recently. The value of the deal was not revealed but it was estimated in the national papers that a business of the size of KN Group would fetch a price in the region of €150m. The beneficiaries of the deal will be Donegal Town based chief executive Donagh Kelly and fellow directors Conall Murray and Brian Curran. Donagh, a son of Donal and Roisin Kelly, Drimark, is married to Anita and they have two children, Eamon and Lily. Continued on Page 3
