‘Donegal Town Service Station’ opens with Supermac’s and Londis By Margaret Gallagher ‘Donegal Town Service Station’, the new plaza at Drumlonagher, opens its doors this Friday, 3rd August, at 12 o’clock. The multimillion euro development is complete and the bright modern complex houses a Londis shop, Hot Carvery and Deli, Supermac’s, Papa John’s Pizza, SuperSubs, Bewley’s coffee and Top Oil fuel pumps. Breakfast is served from 7am followed by carvery lunch at 12 noon with seating for 100 customers downstairs and 60 upstairs. This new plaza has brought seventy new jobs to Donegal town which includes full-time and parttime. Talking to the Eye on Donegal, Director

Ken Foley said they were delighted with the finished high standard plaza which is on target to open this week “Donegal Town Service Station fondly referred to as The New Plaza, are very excited about opening the first Supermac’s in Donegal Town and just in time for the Donegal / Tyrone game on Sunday,” he said. The New Plaza will open from 7am to 12pm and customers can avail of an after-hours hatch service all night. Breakfast is served from 7am, both sit in or take away plus hot carvery lunch each day with a special Sunday lunch carvery. “We have ample car parking,” Ken said, “I feel new development reinvigorates people.”

Other winners were JP Molloy (Hackett glasses), Geraldine Grehan (Karen Millen glasses), Bernie Molloy (Phonak hearing aids).
