Posts
The versatile VX-O post is an extruded aluminium post, designed with a wide channel on one face to fit seamlessly with Trueform infrastructure and a double channel on the opposite face to fit Bissell infrastructure.
Supplied as standard in a silver anodised (AA25) finish, available in lengths from 3.6m to 4m. We can also supply posts painted to match any RAL colour*. Our aluminium posts meet highway requirements for breakaway. The VX-O post can accommodate electrical and data wiring looms for solar and real time solutions and is ideal for both premium and non premium routes and services.
We also offer a 76mm diameter steel post (TSP’s) in a standard galvanised finish. These can also be painted any RAL colour* and supplied in lengths from 3.6 to 4.0m.
The VX-O System is designed to fully integrate with your existing Trueform or Bissell infrastructure and is available with a range of accessories.

Foundation Sockets
An alternative to installing directly into the ground or pavement, the VX-O foundation socket offers the benefit of quickly changing damaged infrastructure.
The socket is installed flush with the footway so there is no trip hazard. The VX-O Post is slotted into the socket and securely fixed with a machined block and stainless steel fixings.
If a post is damaged and needs to be replaced, the entire operation takes less than 3 minutes.
The VX-O post and socket also allows you to remove the post and rotate through 180 degrees to change the direction of the flag and timetable case faces if required.This offers significant cost savings for maintenance operations as no installation crew or street works permits are required.
If a stop needs to be closed down, the post can be removed and a blanking plate attached to cover the socket.
Foundation sockets offer significant cost savings for maintenance operations and will not require a specialist installation crew or street works permits.
Other Forms of Installation
For installations where a socket is not required, we can supply a flat plate which fixes to the bottom of a VX-O post for added stability and security.

Roundels
Emphasise your operator branding or highlight features relating to a service by using a roundel. Customised to suit individual requirements with digitally printed, screen printed* or cut vinyl graphics.
A two piece aluminium fabricated roundel with a laser cut base to match your post profiles. Profiles include the VX-O, Tubular Steel Post, Trueform Elite, Trueform Slimline and Bissell Desire Post. Roundels can also be fitted to lighting columns.
Post Caps
Made from aluminium and laser cut to match your post profile. Profiles include the VX-O Post, Tubular Steel Post, Trueform Elite, Trueform Slimline and Bissell Desire Post.
Infill Strips
Colour coded strips designed to slot into both the wide and double channels on the VX-O post.

We have the MetroSlide & the Linear flat flag in a range of sizes, both of which are designed to fit our VX-O posts & tubular steel posts. They can also fit to the Trueform Elite, Slimline & Bissell Desire posts. This offers you complete flexibility for future upgrades & changes. Refer to the compatibility chart below.
Where a direct fit between a flag and a post cannot be made, the flag is supplied with Universal Extrusion to join the components together. This also offers a convenient solution for wall mounting flags, if required.

MetroSlide Flag The Premium Flag
The MetroSlide is a strong and lightweight fully welded hollow aluminium flag.
The flag slides into the wide channel of the VX-O Post and features an oversized ledge at the top to rest over the edge of the post, which is then secured using a post cap. All screws used are tamper proof and stainless steel.
The MetroSlide Flag also fits into the wide channel of the Trueform Elite and Slimline Posts as well as the Bissell Post, via universal extrusion
The MetroSlide is available in three stock widths; 300mm, 400mm and 450mm. The 450mm width flag is comparable to the Trueform Tiled Flag. Lengths range from 435mm to 880mm, depending on the information required on the flag.
Linear Flat Flag
The Linear Flat Flag is a universal design that can fit to both sides of the VX-O Post. It can also fit to the double channel of the Trueform Elite & Trueform Slimline Posts and the Bissell Desire Posts, as well as any Tubular Steel Post or lightning column.
The design consists of a Y-shaped extrusion, a flat plate made from aluminium or composite panel together with a cover strip.
The Y-shaped extrusion is permanently fixed to a post. The flat plate can be installed and removed without adjusting the Y-shaped extrusion. This makes flag changes very quick and simple.
As the Y-shaped extrusion is formed of two parts that nest around the flag plate, any flag plate thickness can be used.

The Universal Flag
All of these features allow the Linear Flat Flag to be truly versatile. This replaces the need for varied types of flag, giving you the advantage of carrying less stock so maintenance becomes a breeze.
Stock sizes are available in widths from 300mm to 450mm and lengths of 440mm to 880mm.
All of these features allow the Linear Flat Flag to be truly universal and fully compatible with existing infrastructure.
Timetable Cases
We have three core types of timetable cases available with visible widths ranging from 210mm to 284mm.
Cases are supplied in kit form with one assembled case as an example or all cases can be supplied fully assembled, upon request.
Finishes are available in your corporate colours, with a minimum of 80 micron external grade polyester powder coating for longevity.
All our cases have been designed to ensure compatibility of fixings and components with Trueform and Bissell timetable case systems.

RX210 & RX260 Cases
Each part of the RX case has been carefully designed to make them easy to install and maintain.
By matching the visible width of Trueform and Bissell cases and making our cases the same visible lengths, we can offer a direct replacement to your existing cases. As the visible width and length are the same, you can exchange the polycarbonate and backing panels. This ensures that it ís easy for you to maintain all of your infrastructure without the need for an extensive range of spares and tools. It’s also compatible for roadside publicity.
The RX range will match the visible length and width of Bissell cases.
Key Features:
The RX range is supplied in lengths varying from A4 (300mm) - AAA4+ (1020mm). Choose from widths of A4 Portrait (210mm) and B5 Landscape (260mm).
Cap design significantly reduces water ingress. The bottom cap features drainage holes to keep media dry and the case clear of condensation.
3mm UV stable polycarbonate & white pressure board are supplied as standard.
Polycarbonate panels are secured by a discreet clip inside the top cap.
All fixings are stainless steel and tamper proof.
EX-O Cases
EX-O Cases are supplied in lengths varying from A4 (300mm) - AAA4+ (1020mm). The vision width is 270mm, with a maximum media width of 280mm.
Built from robust cast aluminium caps and extruded aluminium body, the EX-O case is a classic design with access from either the top or the bottom cap. The caps have been designed to significantly reduce water ingress to keep the media dry and the bottom cap features drainage holes to keep the case clear of condensation.
The case comes with a white pressure board and 3mm UV stable polycarbonate front panel as standard. The polycarbonate is secured in place by a discreet clip inside the top cap. All fixings are stainless steel and tamper proof.
RX and EX-O Cases are both compatible with all of Externiture bracket options which fit to any post type. Up to four cases can be grouped around a single post.
Our RXH297 case has been designed to offer an alternative to the standard top / bottom opening case.
The RXH297 case is supplied in an A4 width (landscape / 297mm) and is available in lengths varying from A4

Made from mild steel and zinc primed with a polyester powder coated finish, our wing brackets offer the best value solution for mounting more than one case around a post or lighting column, including double, triple or quadruple configurations.
Our wing brackets feature a variety of screw fitting options and are designed to take the largest cases on the market to enable you to carry less stock.

Capable of printing up to 1250mm wide we can offer a low cost, and high quality option for any of your publicity needs. From A4 notices all the way to six sheets for advertising panels there isn’t a size combination we can’t print.
We are also pleased to offer a new roadside generation engine you supply the timetable, we add the artwork you need around it, including maps or advertising, then print it and send it out to you.
Temporary Bus Stops
Premium Temporary Stop
Our Premium Temporary Stop makes a professional statement when used to close a premium stop for a prolonged period of time. Larger in size than the standard temporary stops. The premium alternative comes as standard with an RX260 AA4 case for timetable or passenger notices. The header panel incorporates a vinyl cut graphic header. The base can have bespoke graphics applied too, If required, you can order the Premium Temporary Stop in any RAL colour.
The base features an aperture in which sand or concrete can be filled for stability. The stop stands 1800mm high with a 500mm sq base. All stops are supplied with a security lock to reduce chance of theft.
Standard Temporary Stop
A simple but robust temporary stop, sized to fit into a small van and engineered to allow one person to carry, the Standard Temporary Stop is ideal for short term closures.
The Standard Temporary Stop features a weighted rubber base for stability with a single post and a double sided flag panel.
Communication plates are a great way to advertise alternative ways to access bus service and timetable information.
With technological developments in Near Field Communication tags and Quick Response codes, you can easily direct smart phone users to more exact and detailed information about a bus service.
We have developed software that can be used to record when an NFC tag or QR code is scanned, to give feedback regarding user numbers, user journeys and travel habits.
More traditional information can be shown like stop identifiers, SMS codes, Traveline information and general contact details.

An extrusion that is set in the ground, finishing at ground level. The bus stop post is fitted and bolted securely into the socket. The post can be removed without removing the socket.
Used on steel, galvanising is a protective zinc coating formed by dipping the metal into molten zinc. Greatly extends the lifespan of steel. Works best on bigger sections as heat in the galvanising process can warp thinner gauge steel.
A powder coated strip of aluminium or plastic that fits a channel in a bus stop post. Used as a contrast between the popular bright silver anodised finish.
The maximum printed size for media used in a timetable case.
Near field communication is a set of standards for smartphones to establish communication with each endpoints by touching them together or bringing them into proximity, usually no more than a few inches.
Actually the name of the material, this is the front screen in a timetable case. Generally available in a 2mm or 3mm thickness. Normally specified as UV stable both sides, meaning the material is resistant to yellowing.
A tubular structure made from aluminium or steel. Many posts are custom designed extrusions with channels to fix other components to.
A surface treatment applied electrostatically to metal using a dry powder. Finishes can be any colour but the most common colours are from the RAL powder coating range or the BS series. Thickness’s vary but 100 microns is common for external use. Finishes can last 1 to 15 years.
A generally flat piece of material that fits between a timetable case extrusion and the polycarbonate screen. Printed timetables are fixed to the pressure board.
To achieve adhesion for powder coating, metals are first primed. The type of priming depends on the type of metal, but is often zinc-rich. Essential to ensure longevity of the powder coating.
A Quick Response Code is a type of matrix barcode, it is more commonly used because of its fast readability and greater storage capacity compared to standard barcodes.
A colour matching system for powder coating. RAL colours have 4 digits e.g. RAL 1234, the digits denoting a specific colour. Close matches can be made with other colour matching systems but it is unlikely that a perfect match can be made.
A printed grid showing numbers of all routes that serve a bus stop. Usually digitally printed and applied to the face of a flag.
A stainless steel machine screw with a head that has a central pin or unique shape which stops regular Allen keys from opening. There are many types of security heads common in bus stop infrastructure. Examples include hex pins or trilobal heads.
A square or rectangular display that is fitted into slots in a flag. Route numbers stickers are applied to the face of the display.
Describes 2 or more timetable cases that are fitted to a separate bracket that is fitted to the post. Mostly available in 2-way, 3-way or 4-way configurations. Lengths vary according to the timetable cases.
