Firstly, thank you for joining eXp Commercial. You are now part of an exciting, rapidly growing business, and we are thrilled to have you with us.

The first few weeks can often feel like a whirlwind as you navigate our systems and meet the team—especially if you are transitioning into self-employment.

Please rest assured that this is completely normal; the “learning curve” phase is temporary, and we are here to support you through it.

This manual is designed to complement our existing systems and explain our core processes. It serves as a live reference guide that will always remain up to date.

Your First Steps:

• Update your diary: Please add our regular meetings to your calendar and attend whenever possible. These sessions are specifically designed to support your eXp journey.

• Join the Community: You will be added to the Commercial Team WhatsApp group. This is an invaluable resource for collaboration between agents and suppliers; there is always someone available to help.

• Bookmark this link: Keep this manual handy, as the link will remain permanent.

Launchpad training is a welcome and introduction to eXp, we will take you through who does what in the UK team as well as introduce you to our esign tools, AML process, network referrals and agent mindset amongst others.

You will have to work through each section before you can move on to the next, but you can come back to it and repeat at any time in the future.

ORIENTATION TRAINING

The onboarding gives every new eXp agent the tools, knowledge and confidence to build a successful business within the eXp network.

It covers what you need to start listing (and earning) as quickly as possible.

COMMERCIAL TRAINING MANUAL

The commercial training manual has been designed to act as a reference point as you grow your business.

As well as the manual we have it available as an online course in the eXp UK Commercial University.

BUSINESS BROKER TRAINING

The Business Broker training manual has been designed to assist you through the stages of selling a business. As well as the manual we have it available as an online course in the eXp UK Commercial University.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND ATTRACTION TRAINING MANUAL

The business development and attraction training manual will help you build your business, whether that is generating more business or attracting people to join you on your eXp journey. As well as the manual we have it available as an online course in the eXp UK Commercial University.

REFERRAL PARTNERS INTRODUCTION

You are free to partner and work with suppliers that you have relationships with. In case you don’t have a relationship we have a panel of suppliers that we are happy to refer you to.

Our partners will either extend you a price that is unavailable elsewhere or will give eXp a referral fee for the introduction. eXp will split the referral fee with you 50/50 (doesn’t count towards cap).

GLOBAL REFERRAL PARTNERS PROGRAMME

Global referral partners programme does two things:

1. It allows you to find partners in all of the other countries eXp is active in and refer business to them supporting you in cross border transactions.

2. It allows international partners to find you and refer business to you so you can support them in cross border transactions.

There are commission split arrangements in place for both of these arrangements.
