We are delighted to welcome you to the third edition of the GC Prague Playoffs at the O2 Arena in the historic and splendid capital city of the Czech Republic. The previous events have left us all with magical memories of show jumping at its best with stunning shows and innovative special effects celebrating the top athletes in our sport. There is a surge of excitement for the global audience as we welcome back spectators, viewers and international guests to enjoy the exciting fusion of top sport and spectacular entertainment.

Leading riders who have been at the top of show jumping for decades spoke at the launch of the GC Playoffs being a landmark moment for the sport and we are excited to stage the thrilling GCL Super Cup and Longines Global Champions Tour Super Grand Prix once again this year in Prague.

Intense competition has dominated 2021 during the 15 events on the road to the ultimate showdown at the GC Prague Playoffs. Motivation has been exceptionally high at every event with breathtaking displays of talent from the world’s best horses and riders. Now the qualifiers for the Longines Global Champions Tour Super Grand Prix will go into battle one more time this year for individual glory. And teams will strategise and field their best combinations for the stages of the GCL Super Cup. Everyone starts from scratch and everything is to play for.

I would like to thank our Title Partner and Official Timekeeper Longines for their tremendous support during this season and here at the GC Playoffs. My thanks also go to Kellner Family for their support in our partnership for the GC Prague Playoffs. I am sure we will all be on the edge of our seats as the equestrian world enjoys this four day feast of thrilling sport and entertainment. Je nám potěšením, přivítat vás na třetím ročníku GC Prague Playoffs v O2 areně v nádherném, historickém hlavním městě České republiky. Předchozí ročníky v nás všech zanechaly magické vzpomínky na skvělé parkurové výkony a ohromující show, plnou inovativních technologií a speciálních efektů, oslavujících jezdeckou elitu našeho sportu. Jsme opravdu nadšeni, že opět můžeme přivítat diváky a zahraniční hosty, abychom 17si užili vzrušující spojení špičkového sportu a velkolepé zábavy. Přední jezdci, pohybujících se řadu let v parkurové špičce, mluvili o GC Playoffs jako o výrazném mezníku jezdeckého sportu a jsme nadšeni, že se GCL Super Cup a Longines Global Champions Tour Super Grand Prix letos opět uskuteční v Praze. Celou sezónu se v patnácti dramatických závodech, konaných po celém světě, snažili jednotliví jezdci i týmy zajistit si své místo při konečném zúčtování na GC Prague Playoffs. Motivace získat místenku do Prahy byla v průběhu všech kol mimořádně vysoká a promítala se do výkonů nejtalentovanějších jezdců i koní. Nyní se kvalifikovaní jezdci do Grand Prix Longines Global Champions Tour letos naposledy vydají do boje o individuální slávu. Týmy budou řešit strategii a sestavovat nejlepší kombinace pro jednotlivé fáze GCL Super Cupu. Všichni začínají od nuly a ve hře je opravdu všechno. Rád bych poděkoval našemu hlavnímu partnerovi a oficiální časomíře Longines za jejich ohromnou podporu v průběhu celé sezóny i na GC Playoffs. Mé poděkování patří i rodině Kellnerových za podporu v našem partnerství pro GC Prague Playoffs. Jsem si jist, že nikdo z nás nevydrží klidně sedět, protože celý jezdecký svět si bude užívat čtyřdenní svátek plný vzrušujícího sportu a zábavy.
