We continue to supplement our proven health and safety measures with additional protocols, practices, and training developed by our in-house Health and Safety team. As we evolve and refine what educational travel looks like in the future, rest assured that we’ll be right by your side every step of the way, just like we’ve always been.

Guaranteed best value

Monthly payment plans

We guarantee the best value in educational travel—and if you happen to find a better price for the same quality components, we’ll beat it.

Our easy, automated plans allow students to spread out their payments over the months leading up to their tour. As low as $31/month for domestic tours, this convenient feature helps more of your students afford to travel.

Scholarship funds We offer scholarship opportunities throughout the year to further lower the tour fee for your students. We award over $2 million in funds each year. Call for current opportunities.

Personal fundraising pages We give every student their own page on explorica.com, empowering them to easily raise significant funds using their favorite social platforms.

Flexible chaperone ratio Our guaranteed best prices are based on the industry standard of one free spot for a chaperone for every 10 paying participants. However, if you decide you don’t need that many chaperones, we let you adjust the ratio to whatever you’d like, and we’ll lower your students’ tour fee accordingly—an option no other company offers.
