The opulent Restoration Hardware Minneapolis made its Twin Cities debut when it opened on the outer edge of Southdale Center in Edina at the end of September 2019. With glittering chandeliers visible from France Avenue through the transparent, multi-level windows, this luxe, 60,000-square-foot building features three levels of RH Interiors, Modern, and Outdoor collections from internationally renowned designers. There’s also a glassencased Rooftop Restaurant and a beautifully landscaped park influenced by the great classical gardens of Europe.
Set on two acres, the Gallery was developed to be a contemporary structure filled with fresh air and light and manifests more as an experience than exclusively as a place to purchase furniture. The Rooftop Restaurant offers an ingredient-focused menu and is situated in a year-round garden under a lofty atrium with retractable glass walls. The Wine & Barista Bar serves craft espresso, freshly baked pastries, and artisanal wines to enjoy, and level two of The Gallery features the RH Interior Design Firm & Altier. Don’t forget to stroll by the trickling fountains in the garden, and keep in mind that valet parking is always available.

Since opening in 2020 at 50th & France, this upscale taqueria has quickly become a neighborhood favorite, celebrated for its refined take on tacos and tequila. Pajarito combines bold, vibrant flavors with thoughtfully selected ingredients to put a contemporary twist on traditional Mexican fare.

The Edina location brings its own unique flair to the Pajarito experience. A large open kitchen allows guests to watch tortillas being made fresh and meals expertly crafted. Two woodfire ovens open up new menu possibilities, offering an expanded selection of tacos and woodfired dishes. “You can enjoy 95% of your favorite menu items from our St. Paul location, plus new options exclusive to Edina,” adds Hesse.
Perfect for gatherings, the Edina restaurant also features a reservable event space in the basement, ideal for private parties, larger groups, and receptions.
Of course, Pajarito’s innovative approach isn’t limited to the food. The cocktail menu remains as fabulous as ever, featuring signature drinks like the habanero cilantro margarita and the pineapple express margarita, made with grilled pineapple and lime. Not into margaritas? No problem—there’s a curated selection of craft cocktails to suit any taste.
Whether you’re craving a hip neighborhood hangout or a modern take on Mexican cuisine, Pajarito at 50th & France is your go-to spot. Stop by to see what all the excitement is about!
