Fort Armstrong Folk Festival

This annual event pays tribute to Armstrong County’s heritage along the banks of the Allegheny River in Kittanning. Each August, the four-day festival features a handcrafted artist market, live music, historical entertainment and demonstrations, delicious festival food, and more.

Great American Ethnic Fest & Parade

Ford City Memorial Park, Ford City

The Ford City Renaissance Community Partnership hosts the annual Great American Ethnic Fest and Parade each September as a way to celebrate cultural diversity in the community and share traditions with locals and visitors.

Armstrong Community Theater

Founded in 2002, the Armstrong Community Theater is a community theater organization dedicated to providing a positive outlet for cultural and artistic expression to all of those who wish to entertain.

Freeport Theatre Festival

Founded in 1989 and located on the Steele Farmstead, Freeport Theatre Festival is a summer community theatre offering the cherished classics as well as original historical dramas written by playwright Rennick Steele.
