Since 2008, EXIT Prestige Luxury Realty has been specializing in the listing and selling of Commercial and Residential Properties, in, a HOA/COA/POA management. Our management company, Prestige Luxury Rentals, provides 24-hour support, so whether we are onsite during business hours, or offsite after hours, our team is readily available to assist you. Our team focuses on providing owners with timely communication, easy to understand financial statements as well as operating analysis and management. We have a host of services available from guiding the day to day activities of a property for commercial, residential and condominium properties.

Make decision based on rental history, background and credit check.
If accepted, the tenant is contacted to secure unit with security deposit, schedule move in date and lease signing.
If declined, phone call and standard letter is sent declining them.
