Your success
Our students continually excel during their time with us and beyond. We teach for success beyond exams, and our learners regularly go on to inspirational opportunities at leading universities, further study or directly into their chosen career.
A Level students perform well ahead of national averages and their achievements are backed up by the success of our International Baccalaureate learners and students on vocational and technical courses.

The class of 2022 achieved the best results in Exeter College’s history. The record-breaking results meant that the College bucked the national trend and continued their trajectory of year-onyear improvement in results. Learners following A Level equivalent vocational and technical qualifications also excelled, with many of them securing excellent university places alongside their A Level peers. An incredible 69% of Exeter College learners achieved high grades at A Level (A*-B), the College’s overall A Level pass rate of 99.3% was also significantly ahead of national average (98.4%). In addition to this, 31 students completed the International Baccalaureate and achieved a 100% pass rate, with 26% of candidates achieving 40+ points. Five students achieved 42 points or more, with 45 being the maximum you can score. 39 points is the equivalent of three A Levels with the grades of A* A* A*. We support all our students on to their next steps, providing individual advice and guidance with our Future Steps Team, as well as learners’ personal tutors keeping them on track.
