What do I do if there is an emergency?

The way that you act in an emergency situation is critical. Find out the emergency procedures for your work area from your supervisor, then practice them so you know them.

What do I need to know about ergonomics?

Ergonomics means “fitting the workplace to the workers.� Our goal is to reduce the stress on our bodies while we work. Ergonomic injuries like strains and sprains can develop over a long time.
