How we make a Legacy Inlay Mat

Step#1 - logo design is cut into background needle punch fabric.

Step#2 – individual logo pieces are cut from palette of needle punch fabric.

Step #3 – individual pieces are inlaid by hand into background and then rubber backing is applied.

How we make a Standard High Definition Logo Mat

Step#1 - logo mat is designed by art department.

Step#2 – logo colours are assigned using powerful colour blend algorithm.

Step #3 – logo is printed onto fabric in high speed process prior to final rubber vulcanizing step.
