Having received this brochure, the next step in reserving your date is to view the hotel. By making an appointment with one of our private dining co-ordinators, we will take you on a journey of how your event will run.

Once we have shown you South Lodge, a provisional booking can be made, subject to availability and we can hold a date for up to two weeks or until another request for that date is made. These two weeks give you the opportunity to contact your family and friends and make sure they can come...

Our private dining coordinators will discuss the various packages and find one that is most suitable for your requirements and help you to envisage your celebrations taking place. ~oOo~ Hear what some of our guests have said...

Our Banqueting Suites Included in all our packages is the use of one of our private banqueting suites. We have 11 banqueting suites that vary in size and are split over 3 floors; we also have two private bars and private terrace areas.

These gorgeous banqueting rooms boast spacious areas along with triple or dual aspect windows and neutral colours, great for any colour splash your celebration is having. Perfect for lunches, afternoon teas, dinners or dancing the night away. High ceilings, beautiful chandeliers and stunning views of the South Downs make this a beautiful venue for all celebrations.

South Lodge Drinks Reception Our house pour, Ridgeview, is a fine English sparkling wine made in East Sussex, perfect for the traditional glass of bubbly to celebrate any occasion. But if you prefer something a little different, we have lots of ideas to share with you to make your drinks reception really special...

Our Chefs have created a variety of different menus to suit all appetites and we have a plant based menu available to cater for dietary requirements and allergies.

You are required to select one starter, one main course & one dessert for your entire party with the exception of those with dietary requirements.

The Spa at South Lodge There’s nothing like a spot of ‘R&R’ before any celebration and The Spa at South Lodge is the perfect location for you and your guests to be pampered.

Consisting of 14 treatment rooms, the Ridgeview Beauty Bar consisting of 4 manicure and 2 pedicure stations, , 22m x 10m indoor infinity swimming pool, 200 square meter state of the art gymnasium, spin and holistic studios, thermal retreat, vitality terrace, 18m natural heated swim pond and our new restaurant Botanica, it is the perfect way to prepare for your celebrations and to relax post festivities.

The Ridgeview Beauty Bar is be perfect for those final touches. Why not enjoy a luxury manicure or pedicure whilst sipping on a glass of English sparkling.

The Botanica restaurant; with stunning views inviting the outside in; offers an informal environment to relax the night before or to toast your day whilst enjoying a delicious meal.

Access to The Spa is limited to hotel residents; however, The Beauty Bar and Botanica are also available for guests not staying, subject to availability. Don’t forget to let your guests know about this fabulous addition they can enjoy during their stay.

Staying the night‌..

For your guests: We have 84 bedrooms & 1 Cottage available for guests wishing to stay over. Check in time is from 3.00pm and check out time is by 11.00am. We are happy to store luggage at reception for your guests. In the event of your guests arriving prior to check in time, we will endeavour to have rooms available for them as soon as possible.

We will hold a number of bedrooms at a preferential rate on the night of your event, if requested. Please ask our private dining co-ordinators for further details on the discounted rate.

Please note that we kindly request a 50% non refundable deposit for all bedroom bookings at the time of booking.
