In2024,Excelsiortouchedthelivesofthousandsacrossourregion Morethan1,200new peoplefoundcarethroughourclinics,camps,housingprograms,andintegratedhealth services.FromyouthtryingsomethingnewatCampExcelsiortoyoungadultsgaining stabilityatLifePoint,tofamiliesconnectingtocareclosertohomethroughVIEWandour expandingwraparoundprograms everymomentreflectedtheheartofourmission.

Behindeverymilestonestandsanincredibleteam andthesteadfastsupportofour BoardofDirectors.Eachyear,weinvestnearly80%ofourrevenuebackintoourstaff, ensuringtheyhavetheresources,training,andcultureofcareneededtomeettheneeds ofourcommunity.In2024,teamsreopenedcampuses,launchednewprograms, completedan$8millionremodelofourFamilyMedicineandBehavioralHealthClinic,and expandedaccesstofullyintegratedcare Theiradaptability,innovation,commitmentto quality,andcompassionshapedeveryachievementinthepagesahead.

Ourimpactalsoextendedacrosstheregion.Excelsiorclosedtheyearwith$25millionin revenue,fueledby134%revenuegrowthsince2020andanaverageannualgrowthrateof 23% Wesecuredmorethan$15milliontoadvanceaffordablehousinginitiatives, distributedtensofthousandsofessentialitems,andprovidedover$260,000inservices regardlessofabilitytopay reaffirmingthatwellnessmustbeaccessibletoall.

WeexpandedvocationaltrainingthroughGildred’sGarage,securedkeyzoningapprovals forExcelsiorWellnessVillage,andpartneredwithnationalandstateleaderstoinvestina newearlylearningfacilityonourNorthwestSpokanecampus acceleratingourvisionfor thriving,connectedcommunities.

The school-based behavioral health program with a local school district continues to expand. The team rallies to create different pathways for patient services that were impacted by the cyber attack on Change Healthcare

Family Medicine moves to the main campus, achieving a long standing goal of Excelsior to bridge Primary Care and Behavioral Health services in one site The $8M renovated space combines services into one location, creating ease for families and community members

Camp Excelsior launches for the summer! The plans to build mixed income apartments prioritizing youth exiting the foster care system solidify with a preliminary award for funding and the development of architectural design.

The CEO presents at local neighborhood councils on the future of Excelsior's main site A private donor generously supplies equipment that will support the skills center being built at NW Blvd

Excelsior invests in our people and provides training to remain current on provided services. Our Lifepoint program continues to partner with DCYF and support youth exiting the foster care system, responding swiftly to house a youth who was aging out and had no alternative and would have been homeless

The Outreach and Engagement team is busy in the community, focusing on sharing the services available with underrepresented communities Excelsior's Grand Opening sees its largest turnout of neighbors and supporters, with over 360 attendees All-staff training begins for Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services

Excelsior reaches record visit volumes in Family Medicine, expands virtual wraparound services across new counties, and furthers community awareness of our place-based initiative, Excelsior Wellness Village

Graduation season! One of our Lifepoint residents reunifies with their family A parent shares gratitude in that they "have their son back " Summer camp preparations begin with a month-long training for recreational aides.

Excelsior partners with external agencies to identify and address unmet needs for youth. This includes exploring the development of an early learning facility, providing space for a Community Provider to provide assessments to diagnose autism, and discussing best practices with a Pediatric Provider on being a Foster Care Center of Excellence.

In partnership with The America’s Foundation, Excelsior Holistic Schools (EHS) completes renovations and successfully launches a pilot program for Transition Age Youth (TAY) in the Integrated Care Center The Mayor of Spokane speaks in support of the project
