Katharina, you can be described as an inspiring woman. With your refined feminine beauty and grace, you are a successful businesswoman, a caring mother, and a person with a big heart who helps the children of Africa.

Your creation of yourself as a person goes back a long way. Tell us about your childhood and your dreams for that period of your life.

We all come from childhood. My childhood is filled with the warmest and most pleasant memories, and my childhood has opened for me my inner compass of movement in life. Since childhood, I have understood and realized who I want to be, what kind of person I want to be, and what kind of life I want to build for myself.

My childhood is an example of a man's pure love for his woman; it is warmth, respect and care; it is helping people who are in need. My parents were a real, sincere example for me. My childhood was filled with examples of the love of Mom and Dad, warmth, care and love for my sister and me, we grew up with happy, correct, decent personalities. The basis of humanity and an understanding of what love is where given to me by my parents. As they say, a happy childhood is the key to a happy future. At the same time, my mother taught me to be disciplined and perform the necessary duties. This is the right upbringing when a child grows up in a happy, loving family with an example of kindness to others and an understanding of their responsibilities. My mom and dad are still my examples of pure, sincere love between a man and a woman. My desire to help people and my kindness are the atmosphere in which I was born and grew up, which I now share with the world.

Are your kids proud of you?

Our kids call me Super Woman, Daddy Super Men, and themselves Super Daughter. In their children's perception, we are a super family. The kids are direct, and the first time I heard it, I got tears in my eyes. When I asked why you thought that, my daughter said, "I saw in a cartoon about superheroes that they have a family like us! In that second, I realized that we are on the right track, that my daughters are happy children, and that my husband and I are worthy parents. It's a sign that we're doing the right thing as parents.

For all your merits as a person and the pure qualities of humanity. Your external genetic beauty becomes only an addition to your inner beauty. And yet, I would like to ask: what are your secrets for maintaining beauty, and what are your standards of external beauty?

A beautiful woman is a happy woman. Radiating positive energy and being able to smile with her heart.

The secret is to be happy in all areas of your life. Find for yourself different hobbies, a circle of people who are pleasant to you, and a favorite man who loves you and accepts you as you are̶real.

Never judge people, we do not know a person's fate or what path they have taken. Learn to hear and feel yourself, and make decisions based on your own desires and views on life. To be happy for yourself in your own world, erected by you, without trying to prove something to someone. Eliminate the system and imposed templates, be yourself. The power in this life is not to follow the opinion of the public. Happiness to be individual and live in harmony with your soul. Everything is in your hands! You will create your own world! Find yourself and live your life!

You have an exceptional sense of style. Is this an innate fine sense of aesthetics or an acquired one?

Tell us about the history of your Charitable Foundation. Helping the world where it is needed most. It is an emotionally and organizationally demanding activity.

My charity „Save the people worldwide“ is in its third year of operation, and I have a large team in different countries. In each country, members of my foundation's team provide assistance in person. I am a very reserved person externally, but internally I am very emotional. I am touched by the difficulties of elderly people. Every story stays in my heart. I can work with people, and I am a good leader.

I started modeling at the age of 16, combining it with my studies. And then I said to myself that I wanted to develop and earn good money to be able to help people. My Save the people worldwide gives me energy and inspiration to reach new heights. My daughter calls me Super Woman for my help, thanks to which I feel that I can embrace the whole world. Good will always come back, not necessarily to me but maybe to my child, husband, or mom. In the countries of the Third World, where there is no water or civilization, it is very important to have great opportunities to help. If everyone helps, then there will be fewer people who are on the verge of needing basic things. I am cold in business, but I am very warm-hearted and emotional about my activities with my Save the people worldwide. Apart from caring for and saving children through your charity,You are a wonderful mom to your own children.

Introduce us to your children. What parenting techniques do you use? And what do you think is the most important thing about motherhood?

For me, the first priority is that they become good people. I love my children, my main thing is to give them the feeling of love, and I leave them the right to choose their decisions and desires. My main position is to instill the right human values and the right attitude in others and myself. My children are very versatile, and my husband and I support and give time to them. Discipline is also very important, always with children, there is someone who can help and advise. We build a bond of trust and sincere communication with the children. We know everything that happens with children, but we do not impose our opinion, we give them the right to choose. Children take their example from their parents, and we try to show them by example. We attract the kind of people we are. My goal is to bring up children with an open and kind heart and mind to build their own realized future.

It is important to have good taste and make memories for yourself. Don't go by fashion trends, find your own style and develop your sense of taste. Your taste is a character trait.

My mom was a good example for me, I developed a sense of my own style from childhood. I am 31 years old, and I love my age while still feeling 25 years old. My modeling career has been an additional experience in shaping my own style. To have taste is always to look good.

Tell us more about your business project. How did you choose the direction and path of realization?

We have a large joint family business with my husband. A factory for the production of biodiesel. It is a titanic labor that takes a lot of effort and time. I am proud that we are running a large family business together and scaling. My personal hobby, which has become my women's business line, is customized outerwear design. Each piece is individually designed and sold at a premium. I started by sketching, and such a creative hobby has become a premium brand.

Your formula for success in business?

The formula is simple. Doing a job that benefits people and brings you pleasure and income. The best job is a high-paying hobby.

Name your top 5 habits that have made you successful in all areas of life. After all, we know that habit is character.

1 is discipline. Discipline is character.

2: Organization.

Organize your life so that all areas of life have a place of importance.

3: self-love and respecting your boundaries.

Loving yourself is important, if you feel this way about yourself, you can openly love others and accept love from the world.

4: Think big and look at the world.

Eliminate fear, be able to come out of any situation positively, and be able to lose or win. You can't be a naive person in business.

5: Purpose and planning.

Know how not to live in pursuit of big money, learn to share for growth, and be able to build collective partnerships to realize plans. You grow when you have a good team. Know how to share success and income with the team.

There is such a notion as negativity in the network or environment, such an information mill of opinions of people who express themselves inappropriately, violating a person's personal space with their stereotypes. How do you deal with it?

Negative people have always been and will always be. Lately, there are more negative people in society, it can be felt. I personally never give room for negativity. My position in life is to emphasize positive things, negativity motivates because people who judge are always spiritually weak. A marker of your development and growth is increased discussion from negative people.

What goals do you set for yourself in 2024?

I believe that this year can still be lived as productively as possible. Next year, I have goals of a more soulful nature, to visit my parents, to communicate more with my younger sister, to spend more time with my husband, and to give my children pleasant emotions and warmth. Goals: to take care of your nearest and dearest people. Everything else can not be planned, the world is changing so quickly that it is impossible to predict. You can have an approximate plan, but do not voice it to others, keep your goals and plans to yourself. Appreciate your loved ones, enjoy life every day, and be grateful to God.

You are amazing as a person, and as a person, behind all this is hard work on yourself and your goals and ideals. Share how you learned to stop and just enjoy the moment. What is your secret to happiness as a strong woman?

I am a person who reads a lot, and I am able to observe people in my surroundings. Seeing examples, I realized that you have to be a happy person. That's why I keep repeating that you have to enjoy what you have today. The global problem for people is the constant race to achieve something. Understand, realize that sometimes you have to switch off your ego and just enjoy what you have. Happiness is waking up with a loved one. Happiness is being cared for by loved ones when you are sick or upset. Happiness is communicating with your parents. Happiness is hearing "Mum" many times a day. You decide for yourself whether you will be happy or not. You write your own book, which you write from the day you are born. Everything has its time! If it has to have one!

Do you have personal time management skills? How do you manage everything without getting bogged down in the hustle and bustle?

I have a classic story of regulating my time. I have an electronic calendar with dates and times combined with my husband for coordination. It's important to have two phones and separate your personal life from your business. Which allows for relaxation and prevents emotional devastation.

Katharina, nowadays, there is a lot of hypocrisy and people who try to take advantage of more successful people. And since it is difficult to distinguish between sincerity and falsity, how do you, being successful and focused on your own life, choose people in your environment?

Based on my experience, surround yourself with sincere people. How do I choose people to surround myself with? It was passed on to me from my dad, I feel people, I intuitively understand people's motives. I never let people get close to me; outwardly, I always give the impression of a very cold person. To date, very often I encounter people who feel envy, so tell less and listen more. This way, you will be able to feel the main motives of a person towards you.

It is very important to tell your story because many girls and women need an example̶a worthy example in the person of a woman like you. The world is now distorted by false ideals and a loss of humanity. What can you advise girls and women who are in search of themselves as people?

I like the Chinese method of neutrality. They don't show their emotions and don't open their hearts, so they don't allow your inner peace to be disturbed. Look closely and calmly to understand if this person is mine or not. Don't jump to conclusions: yes or no? Bad people have nothing to lose; they go to any lengths to do harm. Good people have a lot to lose. Always be careful, and never show your real self at once; people have to earn it.
