lice, tell us about your modeling career.

How did it all start?

It all started when I was doing amateur photo shoots, I met a man - he was an experienced photographer, also the director of a studio. He offered to model for me. At the moment of shooting, I was embarrassed, but later, when I saw the result, I realized that it was "mine". That's when my career started.

Tell us about your work on yourself. What was the hardest part?

The most difficult thing was to interact, learn my strengths and weaknesses, and accept myself. It was also my first time working with foreign photographers. It was shy and challenging.

What is your personal method of fighting complexes and working through fears of the big stage?

My personal method is to constantly hone my skills and work on my self-confidence. The main question I asked myself was, "Are you sure you can do this? Do you need it?". I felt what I was doing, I kept going and didn't give up.

With the arrival of modeling in your life, did you get financial freedom? Do you manage to earn m o n e y, h a v e a r e s t , a n d i n v e s t i n s e l f development?

Financial freedom came after a year, when I learned the necessary nuances and gained experience. I started in Russia, constantly attending workshops in St. Petersburg and Moscow. A little later, I realized that I wanted more and went to Europe. It was the right choice.

Everyone dreams of traveling and earning money.

I broadened my horizons, learnt new horizons, continued to work on myself.

How do you take care of your skin, and what cosmetic products do you use?

The skin needs constant care and attention.

Sometimes you have to work every day. You need to properly study your skin type and choose a care regimen. Every evening, I use drying serums after I remove my makeup with hydrophilic oil and gel. In the morning, I apply moisturizing serum and cream.

This is my secret.

Are you on a diet? And what are your food preferences?

Certainly! You need to follow a diet in any situation.

I am always experimenting with nutrition, but I have come to the conclusion that it is worth eliminating flour and sweet foods first, followed by spicy, salty, and fried foods. I like to do intermittent fasting and eat small meals. Likewise, I also tried eating once a day, but this is not very good for those who have gastrointestinal problems. The main thing is to like yourself and not focus on diets. Also, go to the gym 3‒4 times a week.

How do you prepare for filming?

Filming requires special attention. Before shooting, you need to get enough sleep, determine the location, think through the poses in advance, and understand what the image will be. I have good visualization and have loved playing chess since childhood, so I think about every step I take. This helps me with filming. With experience, when I come to the shoot, I “turn off my head” and surrender to the process, the result delights me.

Who would you like to work with on set?

I would like to work with Kat Moss, as I admire her biography and work experience. Also, I respect Tyra Banks and would love to work with her. I am inspired and motivated by creative people who are constantly learning, developing, and achieving high status in their careers!

hat are you dreaming about now? What are your plans professionally?

I plan to fly to America and continue my career. For me, this is a slightly different level. My dream is to stand on stage and perform, for this, I need to devote the proper amount of time to developing my skills, such as vocals and acting. Furthermore!

Any tips for girls on how to keep fit?

Perhaps go to the gym 3‒4 times a week, and if possible, add yoga to your schedule for flexibility. Donʼt forget about sports massages. I do them three times a week, this is enough to maintain my figure.

Regarding nutrition, I like intermittent fasting, when you can eat healthy food for 8 hours a day and drink water for the remaining time. Sometimes filming lasts 4, 6, or 8 hours and there is no time to have a snack - this is extremely harmful to the gastrointestinal tract. Accordingly, separate meals are ideal. I snack frequently and in small portions, which does not affect the filming, and I look amazing on camera.

Share your recipe for self-confidence.

You have come a long way in working on yourself.

Don't be afraid or ashamed of yourself. You need to understand that each person is an individual, and each appearance is beautiful in its own way.

Regarding internal sensations, itʼs a matter of practice. Communicate in large companies, listen to experienced models, agree to the simplest projects at first, and gain experience. I advise you to read biographies about top models, watch videos of how filming takes place, and be constantly interested in this area. In the end, you just have to start, and you will succeed! et's introduce you to the readers. Tell us about yourself?

Good afternoon! My name is Kseniya. I came to Barcelona from Kharkiv. For many years I worked and managed sales and PR departments, taught French, and at some point photography turned from a hobby into a job.

All my hobbies eventually become a job, because in order to give them all my time, they need to become something more.

Time, you have to make it more than just a couple of fun hours a week.

You know, it turns out it's hard to talk about yourself without seeing who you're talking for. I'm at a loss for what else might be interesting, what to focus on. I remember my family, travelling, books read, exhibitions, business trips and, of course, a new life, which is being built from a white sheet in a new country. Maybe you have some questions?

H

ow did you come up with the idea for the Art project UA+? With what did you start?

Art project UA+ is a very important part of my new life. It all started with very personal story. After the first days of the war, which she spent in Kharkiv, the daughter of my closest friends became very withdrawn into herself. In fact, In fact, she stopped talking. When their family travelled to Western Ukraine, she came across a small shit of paper and a pen. She started drawing on it. She has an incredible talent!

Hatch stroke by stroke, pouring out emotions, fear, experiences onto paper, she began to talk again. It was this story that gave rise to the idea that if we can gather children talented in art and give them the opportunity to realize this talent in a new country, then this is exactly what will help them overcome and escape from the horrors of war they have experienced. From the first days of the war, I was looking for ways to help our children, how I could be useful to them. For three months I studied various documents, tried to understand the rules of Spain in order to begin to implement my plans. In the summer I met Bet Shalom they supported the idea and allowed me to conduct classes at their place. It took several months to prepare the program to prepare the program and to search for participants. The first meeting passed in the fall of 22 years. Initially, Art project UA+ had three goals: 1. Give refugee teenagers from Ukraine the opportunity to develop their talent.

Our meetings took place once a week.

Remembering how it all began, I think that Art project UA+ became the point of intersection of my work experience, education and hobbies 23 years of teaching + 17 years in PR, building sales departments, organizing events + photography, all of these found their fulfilment in creating a project.

hat exactly do you think attracted your attention to the project?

I think it’s worth distinguishing two groups here: parents and teenagers.

It was important for parents that their children have a social circle so that they have the opportunity to spend time among Ukrainians.

Some said that their children became apathetic, as if they had lost interest in everything around them. The horror they experienced, and constant fear did not leave them, did not allow them to take a step forward. There were those who, without exaggeration, spent the whole day in bed, with their nose pressed against the wall, not wanting to talk even to their family. It was important to captivate teenagers with something, to interest them and awaken the desire to leave the room, do something, communicate. When parents found out that the art project was bringing together a group of Ukrainian teenagers, they happily filled out the form and brought their children to classes.

The participants were attracted by the opportunity to be among their own people and since they all had creative talents, then the natural need to realize them was their internal magnet. It also played a role in the fact that many people maintain social networks, and photography (with which we started) became attractive to them.

The coincidence of goals + interests of seniors and juniors has awakened curiosity in teenagers and gave support to parents.

I

f we talk about your role in the creative process, are you more of an organizer, mentor or teacher?

Oh, you're the one who puzzled me. Unexpected question. I didn't think about it. I think I'm a bit of a three-headed dragon. Likewise, I am the author of the project, I organized and reorganize the Art project UA+ to this day. During our photo walks, I come up with tasks, give practical advice, help them find inspiration, and make their shots more expressive. So quite a mentor-teacher. But I feel and really want to be a good friend to the participant, just older in age and with more experience and knowledge. Which I share with great pleasure. It's like fragrant tea.

hat is your most memorable project?

W

hat difficulties do you encounter while working on the project?

The first all-Ukrainian photo exhibition, which took place in Kharkiv in 2012. 61 photographers from all over Ukraine took part in it, showing more than 200 works on various topics. It was my dream, and it seemed completely unrealistic, and then... like in some film, it became reality. Then my brother inspired me, he asked a simple question: “Do it, and what not? The idea is good.” I thought, it’s true, why not and did it and I did. If we talk specifically about Art project UA+, then the most correct answer is itself project. It journey from the story of friends. To the idea as a project. Then search for those, who will believe (in the need, importance, value, timeliness of the art project), the search for participants and our classes. Remember. At the beginning I said that during the life of the project I am at the intersection of all skills, experience, knowledge? So here, in Barcelona, two photo exhibitions of participants were organized. One was back in March. For almost everyone, this was the first experience of seeing their shots printed, in large format, and in a gallery. The second was the completion of the photography phase of the project. I should note that this is a completely different experience. In Kharkiv, at home, everything was much clearer.

Easier. I knew how to talk to galleries and how to explain the idea, I knew a lot of media representatives (this provided a lot of publicity and advertising for the exhibition, brought more than 2000 spectators to the opening), I knew a lot of iconic photographers (who became jury members), I knew laboratories with high-quality photo printers, the owner of a favourite coffee shop provided treats at the opening. A group I knew put on a whole concert. And also, there were friends were friends nearby who responded to the idea and helped assemble the installation and hang more than 200 huge photographs. And here... There was nothing here. And perhaps the most difficult thing about organizing was that I didn’t know Spanish. It’s difficult that you can’t negotiate on your own; you have to always turn to someone who speaks the language for help.

You ask for help, and you can only hope that all negotiations and agreements will go well.

There are difficulties that are present throughout the Art project UA+. A there are those that can be resolved and closed.

• I still live in a foreign country, where there are different laws and rules.

I'm learning Spanish but I still don’t know enough to negotiate freely.

There is no room where classes could be held (we can only walk somewhere around the city, and it’s winter now). The project does not have any financial support. But I still think it is important to leave participation free for teenagers, because many Ukrainian families are in a very difficult financial situation. I would like to make a website to tell that such a project exists to more people who may need it. And yes, I dreaming of making an online gallery so that photographs of participants can be seen all over the world. A separate big pain is that teenagers with families regularly change place of residence. Someone returns home to Ukraine, someone moves to another country, someone returns from Ukraine. This is a problem that appeared in the first classes. This is precisely why the online format was immediately included. While there were lectures on the history of photography, this format was easy to implement. But when the photo walks started it became more difficult.

But I rearranged them in such a way that teenagers in other cities could walk independently in parallel with the main group in Barcelona. This option has worked well. Then small groups began to form in other cities and countries. Photo walks have received new development and implementation for them. Now we communicate online, the guys receive a task, the necessary information for it, practical advice, references and can go on a photo hunt at a time convenient for them. Then we look at the resulting footage together, discuss it, and share our impressions.

Sometimes in different cities, participants receive the same task. And it’s amazing when you can see how differently teenagers see the world around them. Sometimes we arrange general calls and discussions. It would be great if there was a professional who could help develop social networks Art project UA+ but the main big problem is finding financing for the project.

hat is your daily work? How is your day structured?

I would say that my whole day from morning until late at night is Art project UA+ The morning begins not with coffee, but with a post on Instagram or Facebook. Then check mail. Replies to letters. Submission of applications for goats. Calls with potential partners and sponsors. In the middle of the day. To change your focus.

Learning how to lead SMM (I really want our social networks to be at a high level, online training is very helpful). A fairly significant part of the day is spent writing new photo walks. Master classes and programs for deafferents cities and countries. In the afternoon, I prepare texts for posts, select photographs, layout illustrations, and shoot videos. In the evening, photo walks or online classes Every day while working on the Art project UA+, I conduct work correspondence and communication in Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, English and French.

Together with other projects and programs, several have already been launched joint projects, master classes. Their preparation. Implementation is an important part development of Art project UA+, its popularization.

an you tell us about your plans for the future?

With great pleasure. There are many plans. Sometimes it seems.

That they can only be a dream. But here it is important to take the first step. Well, if you don’t start the journey, you won’t reach your goal!

But to tell what will happen next, it’s worth starting with what we have now.

As I said earlier, the original idea was to give children academic knowledge in order to develop talent in the fine arts. But they do a lot of studying in the usual format, even too much. Many study in parallel in a Spanish school + online in a Ukrainian one. So, I really wanted Art project UA+ to become an outlet for them, a place of pleasant creation, with pleasure, with ease, and in safety. Besides. The issue of adaptation and integration is still relevant.

Moreover. This is now a problem for all Ukrainian teenagers. Conventionally, they can be divided into three groups: 1. Teenagers who live in other countries 2. Teenagers who left and then returned to Ukraine 3. Teenagers. This is why, in addition to teenagers in Barcelona (Spain), we are doing a project together with guys from Kiel, Cologne, Hamburg (Germany), photo walks have started in Bern (Switzerland), meetings are starting in Kyiv, Kharkiv (Ukraine). The organization of groups in Odessa, Dnepr, Lviv (Ukraine), and several cities in Poland and Germany is now being finalized.

Work has actively begun in France and the Czech Republic, Hungary, and new cities in Spain. Several options for photo walk programs have been created, based on the needs, realities, age and interest of the participants. In Ukraine, the most difficult thing is to find a safe place for meetings. In other countries it is difficult to find a coordinator who was a smart photographer, could share his knowledge and got along well with teenagers. In addition, there are programs that run as a series, and there are those where participants can choose the topic they like and come only to it. Moreover. There are age themes. Based on teenagers' hobbies. information, a friendly atmosphere, a common hobby and adults who share your hobby is wonderfully therapeutic.

So my plans are: to develop the Art project UA+, to give the opportunity as much as possible more teenagers to participate, create an online gallery for the whole world so that teenagers can show photographs to a large audience and hold exhibitions in many countries.

our project is entirely charitable. Your task is not only as an organizer and ideological leader, but also as a search for those willing to contribute financially to the project. Do you find it difficult to find financial support for your project?

Unfortunately, yes, this is true. Art project UA+ is a social project, i.e. it does not imply profit, the ability to earn money from it. Many who are used to thinking about business plans gets him away, Many people say. That the project is wonderful, they understand its importance. Value. The need right now. But they have no opportunity to help its development and existence.

But the world is not without kind and sympathetic people, right?

At the very beginning, the start became possible thanks to the fact that the project was supported by Bet Shalom. They offered their place for lectures. In the summer, I received a grant from Nevatim. Thanks to this, a large final photo exhibition was possible in the very center of Barcelona. Her guests were the First Consul General of Ukraine in Barcelona, gallery owners, photographers, Ukrainian and Spanish cultural representatives. The exhibition was covered by the media in Ukraine and Spain. We are currently running groups in Germany together with UpJ-Netzer and the Community of Kiel and Cologne. They even invited me for a few days to conduct to make a master classes “live” rather than online.

• Despite many applications for grants, communication with foundations and private companies, the project has no funding. Last year, they responded more readily. And now, there is so much grief and pain all over the Earth that the problems of Ukrainian teenagers are lost from sight.

But they really need help and support. They need to believe that there is a future, know it, and live life to the fullest. For almost two years now, it seems to many that Ukrainians have recovered, and no longer need anyone. But alas, this is not so. And although we were taught from childhood not to complain and to cope on our own, now we cannot cope on our own. In order for the Art project UA+ to exist, a not very large amount is needed. But I need it every month, and finding it has become a daily quest for me. I would like to thank your magazine for inviting me to an interview. I know what you have many readers and admirers. Maybe one of them has a teenage child looking for friends in a new country or is passionate about photography. Creativity. Do you think the attitude towards charity in our society is changing? Is cooperation more often successful in solving some pressing problems?

It seems to me that charity is closer and more understandable. She stopped being just someone's exact one. We all became philanthropists. It allows us to solve global problems, realize dreams and meet the needs of groups of people. With time. Certainly.

It's getting harder. After all, the economy is suffering. Financial opportunities are decreasing, and it is becoming more difficult to allocate money for projects. My main plan - Art project UA+. I really, really want it to continue. Та чи інша людина, що з'явилася в вашому житті, може навчити чогось нового. Тому я намагалася бачити в кожному позитивні сторони. Не звертайте увагу на негативних людей і навчіться радіти успіхам інших. Для мене, коли я кладу перед собою масштабну ціль, то спочатку страх бере верх надійною. А потім розкладаю все по маленьких поличок і картина в досягненні цілі складається, як пазл. Щоб досягти поставленої мети, людині потрібно проявити вольові зусилля, потрібно боротися з пасивність, лінню, відчуттям страху, апатією. В цьому можуть допомогти мотивуючи фільми та книги, які здатні змінити погляд на життя. А також подорожі дають багато позитивних емоцій. І не тільки, адже ми заглиблюємося в історію, релігію, архітектуру, цікавимося традиціями тієї чи іншої країни, яку ми відвідуємо. Це дає зможу людина забуває про проблеми та насолоджуватися тим, що є. Для мене це є одним із головних ресурсів де я черпаю позитивну енергію. Я завжди перед собою кладу ціль відвідати нову країну, бо нова подорож, це розширення світогляду. Щоб розкрити свій кругозір не варто зупинятися на чомусь одному, потрібно розвиватися в різних сферах. Пробуйте нове, робіть висновки, не зупиняйтесь на досягнутому. Потрібно виділити час для себе і запитатися: "чого я хочу?" Обирати ціль потрібно за вашими цінностями та бажаннями, зрозумійте, що ця ціль є саме ваша, а не нав'язаним суспільством, батьками та іншими людьми, завдяки цьому ви дійсно будете йти вперед. Зрозумійте, що вам заважало досягти цілей протягом довгих років. Ну і звичайно вам потрібні будуть ресурси, такі як: час, гроші, здібності та люди. Адже, будь-яку роботу можна перетворити на захоплюючи заняття, якщо не боятися нового. Завжди є до чого прагнути. Одним із моїх головних здібностей, які я застосовую в житті, це мотивація та підтримка людей, яких я люблю та з якими я працюю. Зараз я працюю в мережевому маркетингу у сфері краси. І щоб досягти успіху важливо вміти спілкуватися з людьми. Потрібно вміти виявити в партнерах лідерські якості, виявити їхні істинні бажання, мотивацію та сформувати їхні цілі в напрямку росту. ach person looks at the world through his own eyes and views on life are different. Everyone has their own tasks and goals. It's good and bad.

So, for example, I can tell many stories about myself. When there were ups and downs. When there was friendship and betrayal. But every situation and person is a lesson learned. This or that person who appeared in your life can teach you something new. That's why I tried to see positive sides in everyone. Do not pay attention to negative people, and learn to rejoice in the successes of others.

For me, when I set a large-scale goal in front of myself, at first the fear takes over the reliable one. And then I put everything on small shelves and the picture of achieving the goal is put together like a puzzle.

In order to achieve the set goal, a person needs to show strong-willed efforts, it is necessary to fight against passivity, laziness, a sense of fear, and apathy.

Motivating films and books that can change your outlook on life can help in this. Also, travelling gives a lot of positive emotions. And not only that, because we delve into history, religion, architecture, and are interested in the traditions of one or another country that we visit. This enables a person to forget about problems and enjoy what is. For me, this is one of the main resources where I draw positive energy. I always set myself the goal of visiting a new country, because a new trip is an expansion of my world-view.

In order to open your horizons, you should not stop at one thing, you need to develop in different areas.

Try new things, draw conclusions, don't stop there. You need to set aside time for yourself and ask yourself: "what do I want?"

You need to choose a goal according to your values and desires, understand that this goal is yours, and not imposed by society, parents and other people, thanks to this you will really move forward. Understand what has prevented you from achieving your goals for many years. And of course you will need resources such as: time, money, skills and people.

After all, any work can be turned into an exciting activity if you are not afraid of something new. There is always something to strive for.

One of my main skills that I apply in life is motivating and supporting the people I love and work with.

I currently work in network marketing in the beauty industry. And in order to achieve success, it is important to be able to communicate with people.

It is necessary to be able to identify leadership qualities in partners, discover their true desires, motivation and form their goals in the direction of growth.

After all, in my practice there were such people who did not think about their desires and dreams during their whole life. It turned out that people do not allow themselves to dream.

After talking with many people, it turned out that one of my dreams is to write a poem: "My story of life and family".
