Points of Pride Recognition Points of Pride offers one way to thank a colleague. Amanda Cowher of the Call Center has been the recipient of a Points of Pride award twice – “The first time was when I helped initiate a code for a coworker who had a heart attack in the office. Most recently I received a recognition for working in the office alone during a very busy time for a few weeks in a row.” With her points she was able to purchase an Amazon Echo in the Points of Pride store. “The award made me feel very appreciated for my hard work and quick thinking.”
