JEFF SCHELL
Student Profile | Biology
Eastern is one of only three schools that has a wildlife refuge. You’d be able to be in class and then go to a couple students and say, hey, let’s go. And in 10 to 12 minutes, we’re in the middle of Turnbull wildlife refuge where there’s 100 different kinds of birds and every kind of critter. It’s like having a biology playground.”
SANDRA GONZALEZ
Student Profile | Music Technology
Coming to this school was one of the best decisions I made. (...) Hands-on opportunities will show up even when you don’t expect them—like learning to use studio equipment and microphones. You also get to create a lot of music and actually perform it.”
