To discover a space designed by Jean-Philippe Nuel is to step into a place in perfect harmony with its environment
You can feel that every detail of the decoration, the light and colors, echo with the city, the region and country it is set in But there is more to it. Every element, visible or invisible, of the decoration and interior design is part of a musical composition, which confer the place a unique atmosphere
Hotels, as well as private sites, designed by Jean-Philippe Nuel reveal the interaction between the environmentinspired creations and the specific character of the place.
Jean-Philippe Nuel first finds inspiration in his own story
Jean-Philippe Nuel comes from a family of architects whose passions are design and contemporary creation. He gained his architectural diploma at the Paris fine art school (Ecole des Beaux-Arts) and soon won recognition after winning an international competition presided over by Kenzo Tange
Shortly afterwards, he realises an overall project of architecture and decoration for a Parisian hotel
