Yet again, the demand for homes far outweighs the supply of homes for sale in the Roaring Fork Valley. While experts say this will continue into 2022, we are seeing fewer sales than last year in some areas as a result of such low inventory. Higher prices and multiple offers continue in some sought-after areas, while others are seeing a bit of a lull with the summer season ending.
