Criteria for evaluating whether a company is utilizing blockchain technology, includes but is not limited to: • Communication of blockchain strategy, products or services • Existence of products or services based on blockchain technologies • Direct development of blockchain technologies • Membership or involvement in blockchain industry organizations • Utilization of third party blockchain projects 3. SELECTION PROCESS. Selection will favour companies with characteristics including, but not limited to: • Strong balance sheet • Ability to establish and/or maintain a competitive • Access to capital and financing position vs. peer group • Compelling go-to-market strategy • Credible, professional management 4. ASSESS LIQUIDITY. No fixed or mechanical weighting is implemented in the portfolio. Asset allocation is determined by a review of the liquidity of potential securities and management’s view on their expected returns.
