We are writing to request that United States Senator Raphael Warnock provide a panel introduction for the 2023 E-Mobility Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Conference. This conversation will provide a forum for Sen. Warnock to communicate thought leadership on a number of topics and demonstrate his support for accelerating equitable transportation policies nationwide. More than 1500+ individuals nationwide attended this event last year This event is hybrid and free for all community-based organizations. 2023 invited speakers include: Vice President Kamala Harris, Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, EPA Administrator Michael S. Regan, Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland, Executive Director of the Joint Office of Energy and Transportation, Gabe Klein, Representative Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), Representative Yvette D. Clarke (D-NY), Representative Jennifer McClellan (D-VA) and more.
We propose that Senator Warnock either provides remarks when he is available between 10:00 AM5:00 PM on October 26th or speaks with EVNoire Co-founders and Managing Partners, Dr. Shelley Francis and Terry Travis during a Fireside Chat on either October 25th (Virtual between 12-5pm ET) or October 26th in Washington, D.C. at the Jack Morton Auditorium at George Washington University.
If Sen. Warnock is unable to join us for our event on either date, we invite him to provide pre-recorded remarks that we can play during the conference.

The National E-Mobility Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (NEMDEI) Annual Conference is the world’s only electric transportation conference focused on e-mobility best practice and e-mobility diversity, equity, and inclusion This event facilitates a forum to identify and share strategies and best practices that engage diverse communities with multimodal electric, connected, shared and autonomous vehicles and innovation.
PURPOSE: This conference will provide an audience to hundreds of e-mobility, transportation, environmental, and social justice professionals and advocates from government, utilities, mobility companies, nonprofits, NGOs, and community organizations. Interactive sessions will explore best practices and lessons learned, highlight case studies, explore tools, entrepreneurial/economic development opportunities, build capacity to forge new relationships, and tackle difficult conversations.
