Greetings: Welcome to Alabama Black Expo– Gulf Coast 2022.

We are so happy and humbled to finally share this vision with the Gulf Coast. It has been a long time coming, but it has definitely been worth the wait. Through all of the ups and downs and many changes we never stopped focusing on the mission. Be sure to visit EVERY booth. We have personally spoken to every Vendor or Talent participating- A group of strong and talented individuals. Of course we know you want to know about us and why we do what we do. We established our parent company, Everything Life Brings, LLC in 2015. After success as a Creative Director and Publisher of regional magazines and producing events; I, Katrina, was wearing many hats. I was housing my fellow Veterans whom are homeless by day and in the evening and night. I was a Photography and Magazine Publisher while Quentin was marketing and promoting.

Our hearts lead us to help individuals with their entrepreneurial goals and growth. We knew this vision was bigger than our current city, Huntsville. We had the goal of helping in cities across our state; And wanted to help in many other ways also. We wanted to help individuals in treatment for dialysis (kidney failure) as I, Katrina, had watched my mother, Rose Lilly Mosley, going through treatment.

We developed specially formulated dry skin lotion for her using herbs and flowers grown on our family farm. She even approved the fragrance and the name, Lilly Rose. Since our first Alabama Black Expo in 2017 we have helped many individuals across the state just as we set out to do. With bringing the Alabama Black Expo to the Gulf Coast, Katrina’s hometown, we are now continuing our goal of producing the Alabama Black Expo at the top and bottom of the state of Alabama. This means as you read this history is being made, assistance is being offered, and entrepreneurs and talented individuals are following their dreams. The Alabama Black Expo is filled with talented Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Artists and Talent. Please support them! Our hope on this exciting journey is that you not only absorb the events of the Alabama Black Expo and just look at pictures in the magazine, but you stay connected with them and us. Share with your family and friends because, we at Everything Life Brings, LLC, are not only producing the Alabama Black Expo to just be a voice to offer motivation… It’s a Movement. A voice of motivation can only be heard, but you can’t stop a Movement! We hope you enjoy the historic Alabama Black Expo– Gulf Coast! is a graduate of Coastal Alabama Community College and native of Mobile, Alabama. In the Spring of 2022, Kevin received his Associate of Science degree. In the Fall of 2022, he will be enrolling in the University of West Florida studying Sports Management.

Upon completion of his bachelor degree, Kevin plans to enroll in Stetson University School of Law to work towards his Juris Doctor.

Kevin hopes to specialize in business law and work in the Sports Law area.

Huntsville City Schools District 1 Representative

Michelle Watkins is the District 1 Representative for Huntsville City Schools She won the seat in the by-district general election.

Michelle holds a B.S. in business administration and an M.S. in secondary education. She is a former district teacher.

Michelle believes, "As an Educator, you never stop being a teacher. Teachers have a heart for education and ensuring that students are learning is important to true educators."
