HOW TO BOOK

You can book online 24 hours a day at gordon-craig. co.uk. The Box Office phones lines are currently open Mon-Fri 10am- 4.30pm. On performance days the box office will open for in person bookings a minimum of two hours before the start of the show until 15 minutes after curtain up. Please be advised that 30 minutes prior to each performance in person callers at the Box Office will be given priority over telephone callers. Please note that transaction fees may apply.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Please pay by card where possible. Visa, MasterCard and Maestro are accepted. Cash and Everyone Theatre vouchers are also accepted. E-tickets are available at the time of purchase or can be held at the Box Office for collection. Postage is available at £1.50.

RESERVATIONS

Tickets may be reserved for five working days, without payment, subject to availability but must be confirmed with payment or cancelled no later than 24 hours before the performance. Any unpaid tickets not confirmed by this time will be released for sale.

Under 18 Months are generally only admitted for children’s shows and at our discretion.

REFUND & RESALES

We regret that tickets cannot be refunded unless a performance is postponed or cancelled when only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Tickets may be accepted for re-sale once a performance has sold out but there is no guarantee of sale. The face value of re-sold tickets will be refunded to a credit note; tickets may be exchanged for a different performance within the run of the same show. All exchanges and re-sales are at the management’s discretion and are subject to a 10% administration fee.

CONCESSIONS

Where offered, Concessions prices related to Under 16’s, full-time students, senior citizens, unwaged and the registered disabled. You may be asked for proof of your discount eligibility. A family ticket constitutes four tickets of which at least one must be an adult and one other must be a child. Only one discount can apply to a ticket. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.

GROUP BOOKINGS

We welcome group bookings for any performance, and discounts are available where stated. Group bookings will be held for two months or until a sellout whichever is sooner. Group bookings also receive an extended reservation period.

DATA PROTECTION

We will record booking contact details at the time of booking to enable communication in the event of a cancellation. With consent, customer details will also be used to provide relevant information about forthcoming events at The Stevenage Arts & Leisure Centre. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, these details will not be shared with any third parties.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

There are a number of Stevenage Borough Council car parks located around the vicinity of the Stevenage Arts & Leisure Centre. Patrons using these car parks for an evening performance are advised to pre-pay for their tokens at the pay station if arriving after 6.00pm, as a fixed rate then applies. This will help to reduce the volume of traffic queuing at the end of the evening. There are limited parking spaces available for Blue Badge Holders, these are located on the service road at the front of the theatre, these spaces are subject to the usual restrictions, are policed by traffic wardens and cannot be pre-booked.

Please note that patrons are unable to park in the Stevenage Leisure Park. This is operated by a private company and your vehicle may be clamped.
