We will record booking contact details at the time of booking to enable communication in the event of a cancellation. With consent, customer details will also be used to provide relevant information about forthcoming events at The Alban Arena. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, these details will not be shared with any third parties.
Smoking, the use of electronic cigarettes and the use of cameras or any kind of recording apparatus such as mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the auditorium. Latecomers may be asked to wait for a suitable pause in the programme before being shown to their seats. Changes to the programme, cast, seating and pricing are at the discretion of the management.
Accessible wheelchair spaces Seating and spaces for wheelchairs with extra room are available in the auditorium. Please email albanarenaticketing@ everyoneactive.com if you require wheelchair accessible seats as these cannot be booked online.
Changing places facility Located next to the toilets by the Civic Centre Car Park. Pass can be collected from the Civic Centre during its opening hours.

Toilets Disabled toilets are situated on the ground floor by our Box Office and Kiosk bar. Please note we have no lift. Additionally, Drovers Way Car Park or Civic Centre Car Park have a disabled toilet which is open until 7pm.
Parking The venue does not have its own car park. The nearest car park is Civic Centre Car Park which is within 200m and has blue badge parking bays available. Please note that customers displaying blue badges may park on the double yellow lines adjacent to The Alban Arena for up to three hours.
Hearing assistance system there is an infrared hearing assistance system in place at the venue which is suitable for use in all seats.
Access throughout building There is level access at the entrance of the Arena.

Alban Arena has great public transport links; St Albans Train Station is a 15 minute walk and there are various bus stops a 5 minute walk away in the town.
