IMPORTANT SAFETY REMINDERS
• Swimmers under the age of 8 must be dropped off by a parent or guardian at the poolside pick up/drop off area. Under 8s need to be taken to this area by their parent/guardian before the start of lesson and the teacher will collect the children. Please remain with the child until the teacher arrives.
• Once you have dropped off the swimmer, please make your way to the viewing gallery. All children will be returned by the teacher for you to collect, please be back at the pick up area two minutes before the end of lesson. The teacher will then move to the next pick up area for their next lesson.
• Our lessons’ time slots allow five minutes for pick up/drop off and taking of registers.
• In the interest of health and safety, parents/guardians of children under the age of eight years must not leave the building, and, if you are not spectating, please ensure you are back to collect your child at the end of their lesson.
• Please ensure you are using the swimmer's card or QR code on our turnstiles. This allows the fastest access.
• Hats must be worn in our lessons, new hats are available free at reception
• Please encourage swimmers to use the toilets before attending their lessons
• Please remember that no outdoor shoes should be worn in the changing rooms or on poolside, please either remove your shoes and socks or wear flips flops/crocs
