INSTANT FRO-YO An instant frozen yogurt that makes a tasty alternative to ice cream using frozen fruits and Greek yogurt. I love this as a snack or post workout! You can play around with different frozen fruits to keep it interesting.
Top tip: if you have any over ripe bananas, peel them and cut into slices and store in a freezer bag. Perfect for fro-yo or smoothies! Serves 2
INGREDIENTS •
2 small handfuls frozen berries of choice

6 tbsp Greek yoghurt
•
1 tbsp honey
METHOD 1.
Put the berries and yoghurt into a food processor with a squeeze of honey.
2. Wizz up until smooth 3. Eat straight away or make a larger batch and store in the freezer!
