Unlike other sporting schemes in the UK, not only do our Everyone Active Sporting Champions benefit from the use of free training facilities at our 200+ centres, but we also offer mentoring and guidance to ensure we are supporting our athletes in every way we can.
For the first time ever, we held the Sporting Champions mentoring event virtually enabling our Sporting Champions to watch the event anywhere at any time, to suit them.

Hosted by the Sporting Champions scheme’s Ambassador, Colin Jackson and joined by our talented line up of Elite athletes and industry professionals, the mentoring event is a vital support to our athletes as it provides guidance on issues they are likely to face at some point during their sporting career.
A range of topics were covered during the event, from helping athletes to look after their mental health and wellbeing to offering advice on how they can get on the property ladder and plan for a career after competing.
