As I write this, I am well aware that we are in unsettled times and I understand that theatre
tickets are a luxury for many. With that in mind we work very hard to keep our ticket prices as reasonable as possible; but, as with everything else, the cost of presenting our shows and running a historic building such as the Everyman Theatre continues to go up. In troubled times we hope the experience of the arts helps to put a positive perspective on the world we live in. I personally find that seeing a great show lifts my spirits in so many ways and hope that you will find much in our new season that gives you the same feeling.

Our Man in Havana
Our Man in Havana, adapted by Clive Francis from Graham Greene’s novel, follows the hilarious exploits of James Wormold, a British vacuum cleaner salesman in prerevolutionary Havana, Cuba.
Struggling financially to support his spoiled daughter, Wormold is recruited by MI6 agent Hawthorne to be a spy. Lacking any actual spy skills or intentions, Wormold fabricates an entire network of fictional agents and reports, using his imagination and local bar conversations.
His absurd reports, claiming to depict secret weapons, are taken seriously by MI6, leading to real-world consequences as the Cuban government grows suspicious.
A cast of four, including Jack Ashton (Call The Midwife), Leon Ockenden, (Waterloo Road) and Jodie Steele (Heathers The Musical – New York & London), play over 30 characters to bring 1950s Havana vividly to life in this wonderfully funny and fastmoving romp!

The Box Office is open Monday-Saturday for phone bookings 9.30am-6.00pm and in person 9.30am-7.30pm, unless there is no performance, in which case we close at 5.00pm.
We are normally closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays; however when a performance is taking place the Box Office will be open 2 hours beforehand. Reservations: Reservations will be held for a maximum of 3 working days.
Refunds/Exchanges: We do not refund tickets, (unless the show is cancelled or there is a major change to the production) so please check carefully when booking. We will exchange tickets for another performance of the same production, if available, or, if we have sold out we will offer to resell your tickets; however we offer no guarantee of sale. In both instances 48 hours notice is required and there is a fee of £2.00 per ticket.
Changes: This brochure is correct at time of printing. The Everyman Theatre reserves the right to make alterations to the programme, prices and/or casting.
Late Arrivals: Every effort will be made to admit latecomers as soon as a suitable break occurs, but admission is not guaranteed.
Babies/Toddlers: Theatre visits are not recommended for children under two years, except for shows specifically aimed at children. Children under 12 will not be admitted without a parent or guardian. Booster seats are available in the stalls foyer for younger children.
Parking: The nearest car park is the Regent Arcade multi-storey on Regent St, open from 8.00am-00.30am. Please note: the car park will close to incoming traffic at 8.00pm. Arrive after 5.30pm: £3.00. Arrive before 5.30pm: normal hourly charges apply to your stay. Customers can also pay online for parking before or up to 24 hours after leaving car park at www.cheltenham.gov. uk/parking.
Please note: There is no wheelchair access from the Regent Arcade car park when the Regent Arcade shopping centre is closed.
Outside pantomime season, the suggested coach drop-off and pick-up point is Royal Well Bus Station, but waiting time is limited to 15 minutes.

Parking for blue badge holders in Regent Street.
Level access for wheelchairs into the theatre from Regent Street.
Wheelchair spaces are available in the Stalls (ramped access). One wheelchair space is available in the Irving Studio Theatre.
One free ticket (main house only) for the carer of a person with disabilities who cannot attend events unaccompanied. Proof of eligibility in the form of a DLA or PIP certificate, or a Nimbus Access Card is required when booking tickets.
Accessible toilets on Stalls level.
Guide/assistance dogs welcome.

We have an Auracast ‘Auri’ Assisted Listening System. Using the device and a pair of headphones or your own compatible device, you can boost the volume of the performance or listen to a performance’s Audio Description (subject to availability).
