PRICING & FINANCING
ENTRANCE FEE
This is a one-time, upfront fee that allows EverTrue to provide the Life Plan Community commitment, including full access to the continuum of care services should your health needs change.
REFUNDABILITY
The percentage of your Entrance Fee that is eligible for refund should you permanently vacate your residence at the community.
BENEVOLENT CARE
Part of EverTrue’s nonprofit mission is to financially assist residents who have exhausted their own financial resources through no fault of their own. Through Benevolent Care, residents can continue to live within an EverTrue community as part of our commitment for continued care.
