PRICING & FINANCING
ENTRANCE FEE
This is a one-time, upfront amount of money you pay that allows EverTrue to provide the Life Plan Community commitment, including full access to the continuum of care services should your health needs change.
REFUNDABILITY
A large percentage of your Entrance Fee is eligible for refund should you permanently vacate your residence at the community.
BENEVOLENT CARE
Part of EverTrue’s nonpro t mission is to nancially assist residents who have exhausted their own nancial resources through no fault of their own. Through Benevolent Care, residents can continue to live within an EverTrue Community as part of our commitment to continued care.
