Solution

・To prevent fine particles from adhering to thin-film products, an anti-adhesion agent is applied. However, the spray volume is excessive, and scattering is highly noticeable. Proposed a pneumatic nozzle that delivers ultra-low flow rates. It features a large flow passage to prevent clogging, as well as adjustable spray patterns and angles. By adjusting the flow and pattern, the optimal conditions were determined, successfully reducing the spray volume. Product
