High Performance AK

Easy maintenance!

The special internal design ensures nearnew performance even after disassembly and reassembly.
Enhanced quality & yield!
Ultra-uniform air blow boosts dewatering and drying on LCD substrates as well as cooling and wrinkle removal on film sheets.

Electrostatic suppression!
Reduction in air consumption!
With a reduced air volume compared to conventional AK, the same dewatering and drying efficiency can be achieved.

Switching from two AK units to one HPAK reduces Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) risk.

Achieving innovative air blowing with four key strengths.
Improved Air Impact Force Uniformity
Through our proprietary precision machining, HPAK achieves air uniformity far beyond conventional AK, delivering more effective water-removal and drying performance.
Easy maintenance
The special internal design of HPAK ensures near-new performance even after disassembly and reassembly.
Impact force uniformity of new product
Air pressure: 0.04 MPa
Impact force uniformity: Over 90%
Impact force uniformity of product disassembly and reassembly
Achieves an impact force distribution virtually identical to that of a new product.
*This data compares the uniformity of air impact force from the nozzle slit.
Electrostatic suppression
In the past, two conventional AK units were needed to achieve the required dewatering and drying performance, which increased the risk of electrostatic discharge (ESD).
Thanks to the HPAK s high uniformity, a single unit can now deliver the same dewatering and drying effects, thus mitigating that risk.

Reduction of air consumption
Thanks to improved air uniformity, dewatering and drying performance can be maintained even when using less air than with conventional AK.
*Actual air savings may vary depending on the operating environment.
