Rachelle Is Hoping to Adopt!

As a child, I grew up in Haiti, New York and New Jersey. My biological family consists of my stepmother (my biological mother passed away when I was a toddler), my father and my two sisters, Danielle and Rebecca. We are very close and involved in each other's lives. My sister Danielle has three children. They are three, nine and fifteen years old.

As a single professional, I work as a psychologist and provide therapy for children and adults. I love entertaining friends and family through cooking and hosting outings. I also enjoy helping friends and family in need because I understand what it's like to be in need.

I am fortunate to be surrounded by friends and family who go out of their way to be there for me and me for them. I'm a very generous person who values relationships. I believe that is the most important thing in life.

I have a few close friends that I've known for over a decade. I celebrate holidays with them, talk to them often and we help each other out with different needs.

I love going to the beach, playing tennis, gardening and growing my own veggies, sightseeing, going to museums, watching movies or going out to the movies, shopping at the mall and cooking. I also love to travel! I have been to most states, except for a few and have traveled overseas to Australia, Europe, Southeast Asia and the Caribbean.

I enjoy watching football and basketball. I also enjoy playing softball, bike riding and playing tennis. I strive to lead a fit and healthy lifestyle.

What Led Me To Adopt There are a great deal of children out there who need a loving family and home and I can provide that. I believe it doesn't matter who gives birth to a child and someone can be a mother by providing unconditional love, nurturing and guidance. I have a lot of experience with children and have been around children most of my life. These experiences and skills and my strong desire to have a family will help me to be the best mother I can be.
