James is strong-willed, determined, and vivacious man. His biological heritage is a mixture of Native American, Irish and English. James was adopted with his younger twin brother, John. They were raised Catholic by their loving adoptive parents. James has his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Currently, he is a stay at home husband and doggy daddy. James aspires to work for the Department of Defense or to become an attorney, he wouldn’t mind being a stay at home father either.
Marinella is kind, bubbly and tenacious. Her biological heritage is Irish and Czech. She was raised Catholic by her mother. Marinella has her Bachelor’s Degree in Community Services. She has her Master’s in Education, and is currently tutoring online. Marinella is currently working on her master’s degree in social work for clinical therapy. She also works as an office manager in her mother’s law firm. She is interested in working from home soon for Telehealth counseling.
Being
parents and married means that we put 100% into everything we do. Parents should be loving, kind, understanding, empathetic and also direct, which is what we plan to do. James parenting style will focus on providing structure and consistency to prepare our child for adulthood. Marinella will focus more on leading with love and enhancing our child’s strengths.
With her MEd and teaching experience, she will parent with a more democratic style, allowing our children to make choices to foster their best learning and growing.
I love that James is kind hearted, generous, persistent and determined. He loves me for who I am, unconditionally. He gives me the freedom to be in the moment without any judgment, and he accepts me for who I am. He’s really great about making others feel themselves when you’re around him. He is a terrific man and has brought me lots of happiness and joy. James is my soulmate. I think James would make a great parent. He’s so committed, loves children, and he’s always wanted to be a father. I believe our parenting styles will balance each other out perfectly. He has a dream of playing sports with our future child and/or children.
I love that my beautiful wife is honest, trustworthy and most of respectful. She is goal driven and a great role model to people around her. She has stuck by my side through the good and bad. She definitely loves me for me, and she believes in me. She is so smart and has a great head on her shoulders. She made sure to support me through my bachelor’s degree, and tutored me when I needed the help. I honestly don’t know what I would do with out her. She’s my soulmate. I think she will make a great parent because she is compassionate, loving and very nurturing. For the past 7 years, she’s been very present and supportive through everything we’ve been through. She listens to me and loves me unconditionally. I know she will do the same for our future child and/or children.
Both sides of our families are Catholic, and we are practicing the same. Our families balance us out. James is head-strong republican with traditional values, where Marinella is more liberal. We both love to celebrate Christmas and Easter with our families, and love to celebrate Halloween. We also enjoy barbecues for the 4th of July.
James has a large, adoptive family spread out across the United States and centered across Eastern Washington. James’ biological father side lives in Montana and his biological mother’s side lives in Western Washington.
Marinella’s adoptive family is spread mostly through out Washington state, and some extended family reaches as far as Ireland. Her biological family still lives in Romania, as far as she knowns. She has knows a little bit about her biological mother and her two older sisters, but information about her biological father.
For fun, James likes to camp and travel, he also likes to participate in several outdoor actives such as fishing, boating, and off roading. He is a huge sports fan, and likes baseball, soccer, basketball, hockey, boxing, football and professional race car driving.
Marinella is very passionate about the arts. She grew up training in technical and competitive dance, as well as singing in the choir and playing the piano. To this day she still loves to dance at her old dance studio. She has a huge vocation for working with children and with the marginalized, particularly with those who have mental health issues and developmental disabilities. She also loves theatre and hopes to practice music, dance, drama, and art therapy when she gains her license. She hopes to work with her adopted child with these techniques, if they are open and receptive to them.
We raise our fur babies, Bella Rose and Renald James, as our own children. Bella is a sassy Yorkie Maltese, and Renald is a fun and loving Dachshund Chihuahua. Both love to protect their parents and visit both sets of grandparents. They are both smaller dogs and are friendly, especially when you get to know them. They are great protectors of the people they care about. Both Bella and Renald are companion to each other.
We own a house in Saint Street, which is in a mostly quiet neighborhood with many friendly neighbors. We are surrounded by nicely paved sidewalks and trees, which is perfect for walking with your pets and family. OurHome
