2023 Membership Drive
Annual dues are $45.00 per household due by May 1st
Membership benefits include: Free or reduced fees for the social events for kids and adults
Your contribution goes to maintain our entrances, provide supplies for all of our events, as well as our insurance and administrative needs as a 501c4 organization
Please make checks for $45.00 payable to: Heritage Creek Community Association Return both the completed form and your check by May 1st to Carla Mascola @ 582 Seth.
(NOTE: Memberships will not be processed without the completed form.)
NEW THIS YEAR – Membership dues can also be paid using Zelle. Please indicate household name, address, phone number and email address in the memo when payment is sent.
The last date to become a member for 2023 is on or before November 1, 2023
