Headed up by MD, Liam Everitt, we pride ourselves on being an incredibly reliable contract partner for our clients, we are passionate about carrying out quality workmanship, on time, whilst ensuring our client’s solutions are delivered and expectations are exceeded where possible.
Our team are qualified, and licenced to carry out technical machine works and are managed by a licensed SMSTS Site Manager.

Domestic GARDEN LANDSCAPING
Customer had a clear vision of want they would like in their garden and wanted us to take a look at the project.
We started the project with a 3-week program and we hit the ground hard. We took out the old garden in a matter of days and started flagging and topsoiling Boarding edge and we completed the job with in 2 weeks - a week early!
The customer was over the moon with the quality and the improved time scalesatisfaction delivered!
Residential WALL RECONSTRUCTION
Customer was experiencing Wall subsidance and was becoming unsafe. They contacted us at Everitt Construction for a solution.
We surveyed the site and decided on a twinskin wall solution, with through bricks for extra strength and added confidence (20 newtons of weight pressure).
We had our solution passed by the building inspector and set a date to be on site to carry out the works ahead.
We started to de-construct the old wall and remove the tree roots out, before we dug-out the stepped foundation.
The foundation was poured before our engineer set out the wall for the bricklaying team moved in who created some very nice quality brick work, toped off with stepped piers and top hats.
We delivered the wall back to the customer 2 weeks early, leaving them very happy with the workmanship and ahead of schedule.
Commercial HOTEL FULL STREET-WORKS
Client asked if we would take on the street works project in Manchester centre (Deansgate) and we agreed.
On receipt of the technical drawings, we started the project by lifting the full street and removing all of the old concrete slabs and reseting all the original iron works.
We then moved onto the much bigger task of reflagging the huge area in front of the hotel. Understanding the urgency required by the client, we committed to delivering the project on time and within 6 weeks the project was coming to an end (5 weeks ahead of schedule).
So impressed, the client asked if we would be interested in carrying out additional works on the grounds of the hotel, which of course we obliged.
Commercial/Contract
Client came to us with a very-large project whereby they had every thing signed and was ready to go, but unfortunately their contractor had dropped out last minute, so we was asked if we could carry out the works within budget. We quoted/tendered and the contract was won.
For the next 12 months the team worked hard and pushed through all hours and we managed the project, delivering it 3 weeks early, with a saving across the board for the client.
The client was very pleased with this project, so much so they had the Prime Minister cut the ribbon on site
