Celebrate the magic of the season with The Dimes and their spectacular Christmas Special! Featuring three powerhouse vocalists, this heartwarming musical experience takes you on a warm musical memory tour of the holiday favourites we all know and love.
With breathtaking three-part harmonies, dazzling seasonal costumes, and beautifully choreographed performances, The Dimes bring holiday cheer to audiences of all ages. Get ready to hear timeless Christmas classics from legendary artists like Elvis Presley, Brenda Lee, The Beach Boys, Stevie Wonder, Britney Spears, and more!
This show spans over 100 years of holiday music, from the late 1800s to today’s modern hits. Along with the music, The Dimes add interactive fun with fascinating facts about holiday songs, artists, and seasonal traditions, making this an entertaining and engaging experience for the whole family. Whether you’re dreaming of a White Christmas, ready to go walking in a winter wonderland, or craving the cozy nostalgia of Christmas past, this family-friendly show is perfect for audiences from 1 to 92. The Dimes are here to make you feel like you’re home for the holidays with a joyful celebration of music, history, and festive spirit.
ABOUT THE DIMES
The Dimes cover the best music from the best decades. Their extensive repertoire means that they truly have something for everyone from the 1950s all the way to current day. With 300 songs extending over 8 decades they can perfectly suit any event and the musical tastes of every single guest.
The signature trait that makes The Dimes extra special is their inclusion of vintage costumes that fit perfectly in the era of music they sing, as well as choreography for each number that matches the decade to which they are paying tribute.
ERICA KINRADE
Erica is the founder of Dimes Entertainment, which she launched in 2022, and she is delighted to be celebrating The Dimes’ fourth Christmas season onstage. With a lifelong performance and theatre background, Erica brings her love of storytelling, harmony, and showmanship to every production.
When she’s not performing in the Christmas Special, she is busy coordinating year-round entertainment where the Dimes perform music from the 1950s all the way to today for corporate events, private parties, weddings, and more. She is endlessly inspired by the joy that live music brings to people of all ages, and hopes this show fills your heart with warmth, nostalgia, and holiday cheer. Happy holidays!
MARIA MONAY
Maria is a business and media graduate with a lifelong passion for music. She began singing at age four in her parish choir, where she discovered her love for performing.
Over the years, she has continued to nurture and grow her passion through singing competitions, musicals, fundraising concerts and much more. Along with Dimes Entertainment, Maria also currently sings with the Famous Players Band, Wings Vocal Collective, and Spirit Alive Chorale. She’s so excited and grateful to be part of The Dimes this holiday season, and wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
GINA FOSTER
This is Gina’s fourth year with the Dimes, and she’s delighted to be spending another holiday season spreading cheer across the lower mainland!
In addition to performing with the Dimes, she also does all of the vocal arrangements for the group, and enjoys playing piano, guitar, and drums in her free time. Gina believes that music can bring people together in a very special way, and hopes that this show will warm your spirits amid the winter chill. Happy holidays!
