9 Looking for service on residential property
9 Within the territory specified
9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category
9 Service is for emergency or non-emergency calls
9 Service is for insured or non-insured projects

Advising customer to contact another provider (contractor, plumber, etc.) or to contact insurance first will result in call being billable
! Missed calls are billable and not disputable Non-billable lead criteria:
✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
✘ Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other
✘ Vehicles, RVs, front/back yard that hasn’t affected the property, mold (if the contractor is not licensed)
✘ Complete loss of the home, content cleaning (furniture, clothing, etc.) ✘ Board-ups unless an appointment is scheduled (charge is $100)
