Billable leads meet these quality standards:
Homeowner or authorized decision-maker
9 Looking for service on residential property
9 Within the territory specified
9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category
9 Service is for emergency and non-emergency calls (Emergency response time must be 90 minutes. 30 minutes is listed on website.)
9 Crawl space or sewage calls are billable
9
Groundwater and non-insured loss calls are billable
9
Advising customer to contact another provider (contractor, plumber, etc.) or to contact insurance first will result in call being billable
Missed calls are billable and not disputable
Non-billable lead criteria:
✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
✘ Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other
✘ Water damage in a vehicle, RV, or front/back yard that hasn’t affected the property
