Billable leads meet these quality standards:
Homeowner or authorized decision-maker
9 Looking for service on residential property
9 Within the territory specified
9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category
9 Service is for pruning, trimming, tree removal, tree health management, or emergency storm work
Missed calls are billable and not disputable
Non-billable lead criteria:
✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other ✘ Stump grinding, municipal services
