9 Within the territory specified
9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category
9 Service is for full siding job including 2+ walls
9 Service is on a new construction or existing building
Missed calls are billable and not disputable
Non-billable lead criteria:
✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt ✘ Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other
✘ Repairs, partial jobs, government funding as payment source, or looking for free siding program
