9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category
9 Service is for full roofing installation with the specific materials offered by the client
9 Rubber, flat roofs, or metal roofing leads are client-specific
9 Service is on a new construction or existing building ! Missed calls are billable and not disputable Non-billable lead criteria:
✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
✘ Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other
✘ Inspections, vent repairs, flashing only, repair only, government funding as payment source, or looking for free roof program
