9 Within the territory specified

9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category

9 Service is for emergency or non-emergency

9 Appointment is for same-day or next-day (unless customer requests or allows later)

9 Service is for drainage (clogged drain lines, backflow prevention), water supply install, repair, inspection (hot/cold water supply leaks, hot water tank installation, water softeners, water pressure), emergency plumbing (water leaks, hose connections, emergency shut-off), sump pumps, garbage disposal, plumbing fixtures

9 Trip fee: $100 max

Missed calls are billable and not disputable

lead criteria:

✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt

✘ Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other

✘ Septic tank cleanouts, gas plumbing services, water filtration, irrigation (landscaper), wells, well pumps, fire sprinklers, appliance installation, tub/ shower/sink installation, backflow testing, pools, RVs, grease traps.
