9 Within the territory specified
9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category
9 Service is for removal of pet feces in yard, patio, and sidewalks and/or lawn deodorization and/or brown spot treatment ! Missed calls are billable and not disputable
Non-billable lead criteria:
All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other
